Appointment of Geoff Bicknell as Senior Advisor to LIT plc

LIT plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoff Bicknell as a Senior Advisor with effect from 2 February 2009.

Geoff is joining the LIT plc Senior Advisory Board and will be advising the Company on financial and strategic matters on existing investments such as TDG, the pan-European logistics company acquired by LIT plc in October 2008, as well as on new investment opportunities.

Geoff has an impressive record of over 40 years experience covering international remits and has lived in Europe and North America. He is currently a Director of Trafficmaster plc and Brady plc. Geoff has recently been interim Group Finance Director of Ricardo plc and Anite plc. He was also a Director and co-founder of Maxima Holdings plc and Group Financial Director of Northgate Information Solutions plc.
